A New York City native with a background in acting, Zoë has always been a future-oriented ball of stress. It wasn’t until she was dragged into her first hot yoga class that she took a moment to breathe. Almost every day since she has been practicing and has found a new life through yoga – specifically in the heat. Trained in Vinyasa Flow, Zoe strives to share meditation through movement with her students. Bringing an intention into everything on and off the mat can transform the way we live our lives, and through consistent practice and dedication, not only can we build some serious physical strength, but a stronger and more flexible mind.
