Born on the evening of a red moon under the shadow of a Manhattan skyline; Owner/Operator Seth Manheimer came to the yoga community despite his inability to touch his toes. Manheimer was too young to retire after selling his digital agency to PricewaterhouseCoopers. “If I opened a bar, I would have become a drunk. If I opened a restaurant, I would have gotten fat. If I opened a nightclub, I would have become an addict. I wanted to start a new business that incorporated a social environment with movement and a healthy lifestyle. I wanted to share positive influences and experiences with my community.”
Manheimer cut his teeth as the Managing Partner of a multi-modality, yoga and fitness studio in Las Vegas, NV. Under his direction, the studio won *Best of Las Vegas.” Inspired by the success of the Las Vegas studio, Manheimer was ready to create his own brand: Set and Flow Yoga. As a hobbyist DJ and filmmaker, Manheimer wanted to make Set and Flow not just a yoga studio but a yoga story. A story of a studio with amazing sound, colorful lighting, creative design and most importantly, the story of a community. A story of objective, obstacles and change.
