The answer to your question is very simple. Exercise, practice yoga, get to know your body and fall in love with it! I love all aspects of yoga and physical fitness. I firmly believe that having a strong body and a strong, stable mind is the key to true happiness. Our bodies are naturally programed to feel great and it is unfortunate that not everyone gets to experience it. I became a certified yoga teacher a couple years ago and I have been passionately teaching ever since. Yoga has saved me in the past and if you feel lost, I suggest start practicing. My yoga practice has evolved to include other modalities of fitness such as Hot Pilates, Cannonball Yoga and others. I teach from my heart to encourage people to live life at their full potential because it is attainable. My personal style of teaching focuses on breath, alignment, strength, endurance and intelligent sequencing. I love witnessing transformations in people’s bodies. It is such an honor to be able to teach and guide people through an experience that will make a difference in their lives.
