Set and Flow is built on a dream. A dream of a fun and exciting movement destination where practitioners of yoga, bootcamp, pilates, barre, boxing, circuit training and other classroom modalities can visit one location for all their needs.

We are yoga and fitness for people who want a modern take on traditional practice. We want great music, awesome instructors, cool fashion, friendly staff, beautiful and clean facilities… We are you. We are the new expression.

While fitness is a huge component of Set and Flow Yoga, the word Yoga is emphasized for several reasons. We believe in barefoot culture, we believe your body is your machine. We believe that yoga is not just something you do but something that can be practiced across all movement disciplines. Breath, alignment, dedication, edge, balance, strength and flexibility are fundamental ideas that exist in all of our classes.

You no longer need a personal trainer when you become part of the Set and Flow Yoga community. All of our classes have highly skilled and accredited teachers who instruct to beginners and experts alike. Whether you are a first timer or elite, you will find Set and Flow Yoga classes challenging and rewarding.

Set and Flow Yoga is a mammoth studio. Our rooms are big, our classes are big, our goals are big.

We love busy classes. There is an energy that exists when you have a group of people working and encouraging one another. It’s addictive.

We become a family of friends who help each other reach the next goal.

While many of our classes are taught in a heated room with humidity, we also have traditional non-heated yoga and fitness classes.

Set and Flow Yoga will be offering nearly 150 classes a week. If you’re running late, no worries, there is another class starting soon. You never have to miss a workout because you missed a class.

Nestled at the corner of La Brea Blvd. and Hollywood Blvd, Set and Flow Yoga is just a stones throw from the famous Hollywood Walk of Fame and Runyon Canyon.
