Hot Pilates Sculpt

Welcome to the next level of core, cardio and sculpting. Practiced on a yoga mat, this 60 minute class is taught in a 95 degree room. Based on the Joseph Pilates Mat 1,2 Method to improve core strength, you will also: build muscle with body weight training, burn fat with cardio and sculpt arms, legs, and abs with the use of a variety of props. This class has all you need and more!

Barefoot Bootcamp

The ultimate mash up of Kettlebells, body weight, cardio, and core. This heated, 60 minute class is practiced on a yoga mat and will forge a powerful physique by testing your mobility, strength, and endurance. This class is the perfect cocktail to create lean muscle without sacrificing major gains (That means you don’t get bulky but you still get super strong).

Abs, Buns and Guns 45

A 45 minute class that targets your entire core and teaches you how to fully engage your abdominals by incorporating Mat 1 & 2 Pilates drills. This low impact class uses booty blasting exercises to lift your glutes and tone your backside. Lastly, sculpt your guns and light up your biceps, triceps and shoulders by using different props.

Fit & Flow

Ready to work? Think yoga and sculpt, but Fit & Flow turns it up.
This yoga based bootcamp uses foundational poses with (optional) dumbbells to help strengthen and tone the body. A perfect fusion of flexibility, strength and cardio. You will get a well-rounded workout, leaving you charged and ready to take on the rest of your day.
