Hollywood HIIT

3 stations. 3 exercises per station. 3 times through. A circuit based class that burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time. This class focuses on upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. Great for all levels!
Equipment used: Treadmills, rowers, ropes, kettlebells, TRX, vipers, bands, dumbbells, etc.

TRX HIIT

Get your body working with our signature TRX HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Four stations. Eight rounds each station. 45 seconds on, 15 off, per round. We break this circuit class into two rounds of four exercises each station. Using suspension training as well as many other tools to challenge the body and mind, we’re gonna push you to the next level.

Equipment used: kettlebells, TRX, sliders, resistance bands, hand weights, treadmills, rowers, and more.

Cardio Boxing

A high intensity, fat burning, cardio boxing class that fuses core, agility, and plyometrics into one seamless experience. Work the heavy bag with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts along with various conditioning drills that will shred your physique. You will leave feeling like a champion!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Set your bag up, wrap your hands, and let’s punch it out!

Kettlebells

If you want maximum strength and agility, look no further than the Russian Kettlebell. This class breaks down the techniques of the kettlebell. You will learn swings, presses, racks, and so much more. If you’re tired of lifting weights at the gym this is the class for you. If you want more cardio in your life then this is also the class for you. All levels welcomed! 45 minute class.
