Hot Pilates Sculpt

Welcome to the next level of core, cardio and sculpting. Practiced on a yoga mat, this 60 minute class is taught in a 95 degree room. Based on the Joseph Pilates Mat 1,2 Method to improve core strength, you will also: build muscle with body weight training, burn fat with cardio and sculpt arms, legs, and abs with the use of a variety of props. This class has all you need and more!

Barefoot Bootcamp

The ultimate mash up of Kettlebells, body weight, cardio, and core. This heated, 60 minute class is practiced on a yoga mat and will forge a powerful physique by testing your mobility, strength, and endurance. This class is the perfect cocktail to create lean muscle without sacrificing major gains (That means you don’t get bulky but you still get super strong).

Abs, Buns and Guns 45

A 45 minute class that targets your entire core and teaches you how to fully engage your abdominals by incorporating Mat 1 & 2 Pilates drills. This low impact class uses booty blasting exercises to lift your glutes and tone your backside. Lastly, sculpt your guns and light up your biceps, triceps and shoulders by using different props.

Ready to work? Think yoga and sculpt, but Fit & Flow turns it up.
This yoga based bootcamp uses foundational poses with (optional) dumbbells to help strengthen and tone the body. A perfect fusion of flexibility, strength and cardio. You will get a well-rounded workout, leaving you charged and ready to take on the rest of your day.

Focusing on a full-body, well-rounded experience, and using dynamic sequencing, this class is great for someone for their first time, or for those that have an experienced practice. Focused on integrating students’ bodies with their breath and increased self awareness.

Power Flow II

Now we’re moving…
Ideal for INTERMEDIATE+ practitioners (but don’t be afraid, you got this). This class is designed for students looking to take their practice to the next level. Still focused on a full-body, well-rounded experience, guided through a dynamic sequence, this class will add more challenging postures, variations, and arm-balance/inversions. Finding a mindful breath to movement connection is an integral part of this sweat filled experience.

Set & Flow

The best of both worlds…We got what you need.
This class incorporates pieces of our Set-26 class with components of Power Flow. Ideal for ALL LEVELS. Working through a variety of standing and balancing postures for the first half of class, and then winding down on your mat, you will find a very well balanced experience. Plan on leaving with a smile. This is a “set series,” meaning it’s the same sequence every time.

Seth & Flow 75

Want to deepen your practice? Learn advanced moves? Find spirituality and kundalini energy? Well, Seth and Flow has none of that, but the music will make you shake your mula bandhas! Every Tuesday night, former nightclub DJ turned yoga studio owner, Seth Manheimer, leads a Hot Power Flow class of a different sort. It’s basic but it’s a challenge. Get open, get bent, get inspired.

Hollywood HIIT

3 stations. 3 exercises per station. 3 times through. A circuit based class that burns the most calories in the shortest amount of time. This class focuses on upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. Great for all levels!
Equipment used: Treadmills, rowers, ropes, kettlebells, TRX, vipers, bands, dumbbells, etc.

TRX HIIT

Get your body working with our signature TRX HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) class. Four stations. Eight rounds each station. 45 seconds on, 15 off, per round. We break this circuit class into two rounds of four exercises each station. Using suspension training as well as many other tools to challenge the body and mind, we’re gonna push you to the next level.

Equipment used: kettlebells, TRX, sliders, resistance bands, hand weights, treadmills, rowers, and more.

Cardio Boxing

A high intensity, fat burning, cardio boxing class that fuses core, agility, and plyometrics into one seamless experience. Work the heavy bag with jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts along with various conditioning drills that will shred your physique. You will leave feeling like a champion!
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class starts. Set your bag up, wrap your hands, and let’s punch it out!

Kettlebells

If you want maximum strength and agility, look no further than the Russian Kettlebell. This class breaks down the techniques of the kettlebell. You will learn swings, presses, racks, and so much more. If you’re tired of lifting weights at the gym this is the class for you. If you want more cardio in your life then this is also the class for you. All levels welcomed! 45 minute class.
